Da yeu to. Meo: lien quan FeLV/FIV. Moi truong (khoi, thuoc tru sau) nghi ngo. Trung nien den gia.
Dau hieu
- Hach to (chinh, da o)
- Met moi, kho tho/ho, sut can, chan an, non/tieu chay (thuong gap)
- PU/PD (tang canxi), doi mat/da, hat hoi, than kinh (thinh thoang)
Thay doi o mat nhu viem mang bo dao co the kem theo.
Chan doan
Te bao hoc FNA, sinh thiet (tieu chuan vang), sieu am (thanh ruot), danh gia giai doan (CBC, sinh hoa, FeLV/FIV, X-quang/sieu am), kieu mien dich (flow/PARR).
Sieu am cho thay day thanh ruot dac trung o u bach huyet tieu hoa.
Dieu tri
Toan than: da thuoc CHOP/CEOP (chuan); COP Protocol thay the; cuu Lomustine, Cytarabine (TKTW). Muc tieu: chat luong song va lui benh.
Tien luong
Khong dieu tri: ~4–8 tuan. Cho CHOP: ~80–90% lui, ~12–16 thang. Meo CHOP: ~65–75%, ~6–9 thang. Ruot te bao nho (meo): thuong >2 nam.
Phong ngua
Meo: trong nha, bao ve FeLV. It khoi/thuoc tru sau. Kiem tra thuong xuyen o pet gia.
Khi nao goi bac si thu y
Khan cap: kho tho, mu dot ngot, truỵ, non/tieu chay keo dai, phu mat, sot/ha than nhiet.
