Cutaneous lymphoma is an uncommon but serious skin cancer in dogs and cats where abnormal white blood cells accumulate in the skin, causing persistent redness, scaling, hair loss, or lumps that can easily be mistaken for chronic allergies.

Nguyên nhân và yếu tố nguy cơ
Nguyên nhân chưa rõ. Tuổi làm tăng nguy cơ. Giống chó: Boxers, Scottish Terriers, Golden Retrievers, Rottweilers.
Dấu hiệu
- Thường: ngứa, bong vảy, mảng/nốt, ban đỏ, rụng lông
- Thỉnh thoảng: sừng hóa đệm bàn, loét miệng, mất sắc tố niêm mạc-da, hạch to
Có thể mất sắc tố và loét niêm mạc-da.
Chẩn đoán
FNA hạn chế; sinh thiết/mô bệnh học tiêu chuẩn vàng. Staging: máu, siêu âm, X-quang ngực, FNA hạch.

Điều trị
Toàn thân: COP Chemotherapy Protocol. Hỗ trợ: kháng sinh/kháng nấm, tắm thuốc, giảm đau.
Tiên lượng
Tiến triển chậm, khỏi hẳn hiếm. Epitheliotropic thường chậm hơn; non-epitheliotropic thường hung hơn/toàn thân sớm hơn.
Phòng ngừa
Không có phòng ngừa chắc chắn. Sinh thiết sớm khi da liễu kháng trị.
Khi nào gọi thú y
Cấp cứu: gục; nôn/tiêu chảy dai dẳng; bụng căng; khó thở.
Với giống cụ thể
Boxer, Scottish Terrier, Golden Retriever, Rottweiler: đánh giá sớm da mạn và nốt, đừng chỉ coi là dị ứng.
