Niem mac nhot va cham xuat huyet la canh bao roi loan mau.
Chan doan
Cong thuc mau va phết mau; hut/sinh thiet tuy (tieu chuan vang); do dong te bao va hoa mo de xac dinh dong.
Cong thuc mau va danh gia vi the la buoc dau.
Dieu tri
Hoa tri theo loai: Chlorambucil cho CLL; Glucocorticoids; Vincristine; Cyclophosphamide; Cytarabine; Asparaginase; hydroxycarbamide cho CML. Ho tro: truyen mau, dich, khang sinh.
Tien luong
Cap: xau den rat xau (tuan-thang). CLL man: tot den rat tot (co the nhieu nam).
Phong ngua
Meo: ngan FeLV (nuoi trong nha, xet nghiem, tiem khi co nguy co). Cho: kham dinh ky va xet nghiem mau de phat hien the man som.
Khi nao goi bac si thu y
Khan cap: yeu cuc do, niem mac rat nhot, cham xuat huyet, sot keo dai, truỵ, kho tho, chan an/sut can nhanh.
