การรักษา

พยากรณ์
ระวังถึงแย่เมื่อระบบประสาททรุด ความดันต่ำไม่ตอบสนอง ค่าไตขึ้น หรืออวัยวะหลายส่วนล้มเหลว ดีขึ้นหากผ่าน 24–48 ชม. โดยไม่เสียหายรุนแรง
