ما هي؟
جهاز تاجي مشوّه. القلس غالب؛ التضيق أقل شيوعاً. توسع الأذين/البطين الأيسر ووذمة رئوية.
الأسباب وعوامل الخطر
خطأ جنيني. يختلف عن مرض التاجي التنكسي لدى الكلاب المسنة. استعداد سلالة.
العلامات
- نفخة شاملة للانقباض (رئيسية)
- سعال
- تسرع تنفس / ضيق تنفس
- عدم تحمل الجهد
- فقدان شهية
- رجفان أذيني (أحياناً)
عدم تحمل الجهد والتنفس المتعب شائعان.
كيف يشخص الأطباء البيطريون
تسمع، صدى دوبلر (المعيار الذهبي)، أشعة، تخطيط كهربية القلب.
الصدى يقيّم التشوه ودرجة القلس/التضيق.
خيارات العلاج
مدرات، موسعات أوعية، ضبط النظم؛ لا إصلاح بنيوي دوائي.
التوقعات
متفاوتة: الخفيف غالباً جيد؛ الشديد غالباً فشل مبكر.
الوقاية
لا تكاثر للمصابين؛ صدى قبل التكاثر.
متى تتصل بالطبيب البيطري
فوراً عند ضيق تنفس، معدل تنفس راحة >40، إغماء، أو أغشية مخاطية شاحبة/زرقاء.
لسلالات محددة
سلالات كبيرة/عملاقة (ماستيف، روت وايلر، راعي ألماني، جولدن، نيوفاوندلاند، دانماركي عظيم) وبعض الصغيرة.
