Grape and raisin toxicity in dogs is a sudden, life-threatening medical emergency that can cause acute kidney failure. Even tiny amounts can be highly toxic, and immediate veterinary intervention is crucial to protect your dog's kidneys.

Là gì?
Vitis spp. có thể gây hoại tử ống thận cấp và suy thận. Độc tố chưa rõ; đáp ứng không đoán trước.

Nguyên nhân và yếu tố nguy cơ
Trái tươi hoặc khô, mix, bánh. Không liều an toàn. Không khuynh hướng giống/tuổi.
Dấu hiệu
- Nôn (chính) thường trong 6–12 giờ
- Đau bụng, chán ăn, uể oải, tiêu chảy, mất điều hòa, yếu (thường)
- Thiểu niệu/vô niệu (muộn, nguy kịch)
Uể oải, yếu và nôn là dấu hiệu sớm.
Chẩn đoán
Tiền sử + BUN/creatinine series, phospho/canxi, nước tiểu. Không xét nghiệm độc tố nhanh.
Điều trị
Gây nôn sớm (2–4 giờ nếu ổn định) rồi Activated Charcoal. Dịch IV ≥48 giờ. Furosemide nếu thiểu niệu; lọc máu nếu có.
Tiên lượng
Rất tốt trước azotemia; thận trọng sau AKI; xấu nếu vô niệu.
Phòng ngừa
Không bao giờ cho nho/nho khô; cất trái cây an toàn; giáo dục gia đình.
Khi nào gọi bác sĩ thú y
Mọi lần nuốt: gọi ngay. Đừng chờ nôn hay uể oải.
