Tests utilizing glucose oxidase are unaffected. * **Coombs' Test**: Cephalosporins have caused false-positive direct Coombs' tests in humans, particularly those with azotemia. * **Nursing Mothers**: Enters maternal milk in low concentrations; potential for altering gut flora of nursing offspring.
