獣医師の指示通りに正確にこの薬を使用してください。 * **開いた傷口や潰瘍のある皮膚には使用しないでください。** * 点耳薬を使用する場合、治療を開始する前に獣医師が鼓膜に異常がないことを確認する必要があります。 * 目や口の近くへの噴霧は避けてください。 * 薬を塗布した後は手を洗うか、手袋を着用してください。 * 耳に赤みが見られる場合、皮膚が異常に薄くなっているように見える場合、または高齢の犬が耳が聞こえにくそうにしている場合は、獣医師に連絡してください。
用量はペットの状態に応じて獣医師が決定します。獣医師の指導なしに人用医薬品や他のペットの処方薬を与えないでください。

- Transient hearing loss in geriatric dogs (rare, otic preparation)
- Transient local erythema
- Skin thinning or atrophy (rare, usually only with prolonged use)
- Delayed wound healing
- Systemic glucocorticoid effects (extremely rare due to rapid metabolism)
注意事項と禁忌
- Ulcerated skin
- Perforated tympanic membrane (ear drum)
- Cutaneous ulcers
- Known hypersensitivity to corticosteroids
- Concurrent systemic viral or fungal infections
- Use on large surface areas for prolonged periods without veterinary supervision
- > **Do not use on ulcerated skin** or if the **ear drum is perforated**. * **Growth Warning:** Use with caution in dogs <7 months old, as glucocorticoids are known to slow growth. * **Surface Area Limits:** The total body surface treated should not exceed a surface corresponding to a treatment of two flanks (from the spine to the mammary chains, including shoulders and thighs). * **Infections:** Microbial infections should be treated appropriately prior to use. * **Monitoring:** Patients should be monitored appropriately during long-term use to watch for epidermal atrophy or systemic absorption.
