Cautions & contraindications
- Renal dysfunction

Administer strictly as a **slow intravenous infusion** (over 2-4 hours) diluted in 0.9% NaCl to minimize nephrotoxicity.
Drug interactions
- Aminoglycosides: Concurrent use may result in severe hypocalcaemia
