Send an email from the address associated with your Petiva account to hello@decennium.app. Use the subject Petiva Account Deletion Request and include:
Where the installed Petiva version offers an in-app deletion option, you may also start the request from My Pets / 我的寵物 → Settings / 設定 → Delete Account / 刪除帳戶. Deleting the app from your device does not delete your account.
To prevent an unauthorised person from deleting your membership and pet records, we will verify that the requester controls the account. We will not ask you to send a password or full payment-card number. If the email does not match the account, we may ask you to complete another reasonable verification step.
After verification, the deletion process covers the Petiva account and data associated with it, including:
We may retain a limited record where reasonably necessary or legally required for completed payments and refunds, accounting, fraud prevention, security incidents, legal claims, regulatory duties, animal welfare or professional veterinary-record obligations. Retained information will be restricted to the relevant purpose and deleted or de-identified when that purpose ends. Secure backup copies may take additional time to expire through normal rotation.
We will acknowledge the request and complete verification before deletion. We aim to complete a verified request within 30 days, unless a lawful reason requires more time. We will tell you if additional information or time is needed and confirm when the request has been completed.
