- 食事と一緒に、または単独で与えることができます。 - 投与後に嘔吐や下痢などの軽度の副作用が時折見られることがあります。 - 薬を取り扱った後は手をよく洗ってください。 - 特に小さな子犬や子猫では、正確な用量を守ってください。生後2ヶ月未満、または体重1kg未満の子犬には使用しないでください。 - 治療後、ペットの便の中に死んだ寄生虫が見られることがあります。
用量はペットの状態に応じて獣医師が決定します。獣医師の指導なしに人用医薬品や他のペットの処方薬を与えないでください。

使用用途
- Control of Toxocara canis, Toxascaris leonina, Trichuris vulpis, Uncinaria stenocephala, and Ancylostoma caninum
- Control of susceptible gastrointestinal nematodes

- Puppies < 2 months of age
- Puppies < 1 kg body weight
- Pregnant animals (safety not established)
- Lactating animals (safety not established)
- > **Age and Weight Restrictions:** Do not use in puppies under 2 months of age or weighing less than 1 kg. > **Reproductive Safety:** Safety has not been established in pregnant or lactating animals; use is not recommended. > **Dosing Note:** Pay close attention to the formulation. Some formulations express doses in terms of pyrantel base, while others use pyrantel embonate/pamonate (50 mg pyrantel base is equivalent to 144 mg pyrantel embonate/pamonate).

- Febantel: Synergistic effect against whipworms
- Oxantel: Synergistic effect against whipworms
- Piperazine: Antagonistic mechanisms of action (piperazine causes flaccid paralysis, pyrantel causes spastic paralysis)
- Levamisole: Similar mechanism of action; concurrent use increases the risk of cholinergic toxicity
- Cholinesterase inhibitors: Increased risk of cholinergic toxicity
