薬の分類: Macrolide Antibiotic (Ophthalmic)
> **重要:** この薬は点眼（眼科）専用です。 * **投与方法:** 獣医師の指示に従い、1日3〜4回、患眼に約1.25cm（½インチ）の軟膏を塗布してください。 * **衛生:** 塗布の前後には手を洗ってください。汚染を防ぐため、チューブの先端が目やまつげ、その他の表面に触れないようにしてください。 * **継続:** 目が良くなったように見えても、感染の再発や耐性菌の発生を防ぐため、処方された治療期間は最後まで完了してください。
用量はペットの状態に応じて獣医師が決定します。獣医師の指導なしに人用医薬品や他のペットの処方薬を与えないでください。

- Digoxin: May enhance the absorption of digoxin from the GI tract
- Ciclosporin: Increases serum levels of ciclosporin
- Cisapride: Increases serum levels of cisapride, leading to potentially fatal arrhythmias
- Methylprednisolone: Increases serum levels of methylprednisolone
- Theophylline: Increases serum levels of theophylline
- Terfenadine: Increases serum levels of terfenadine, leading to potentially fatal arrhythmias
- Macrolides: Antagonism may occur if used in combination
- Lincosamides: Antagonism may occur if used in combination
- Chloramphenicol: Antagonism may occur if used in combination (competes for 50S binding site)
