Every experience needs a verifiable visit: a booking, a shared bill, or a check-in. It records structured facts, good or bad: visit date, wait time, quote versus charge, procedure, outcome. Free text is secondary and moderated.

Is scanning a bill free?
Yes. Scan and organise unlimited pet bills for your own records, no card, no catch. Sharing to an Honest File is always your choice.
What happens to my bill's private details?
Your scans are kept as private pet health records. If you share for the Honest File, personal details are removed and only aggregated, de-identified facts are used. We never sell your individual data.
What stops fake or malicious reviews?
Every rewarded contribution needs a verifiable visit and is deduplicated, one per visit. Places get a right of reply, one bad post shows as a single voice, and content is moderated for defamation and personal data.
Can a business pay to hide a bad experience?
No. That is the one promise we do not break. Merchants pay for tools and bookings, never for silence, and no verified fact can be removed, hidden, or reordered by payment.
Could I get sued for an honest bad experience?
The Honest File records verifiable facts, not verdicts. Your account is tied to a real visit, the business can respond, and moderation removes defamatory wording and private data, which keeps honest reports safe and fair.
How much can I earn, and is it real money?
High-value verified facts, like an itemised bill the map is missing, can earn real cash. Other verified contributions earn membership value. It depends on how rare and how helpful the contribution is. Terms follow the in-app rules, with no guaranteed income.
