Temozolomide

This medication is a **chemotherapy drug** used to treat certain types of cancer in dogs. * **Safe Handling**: You MUST wear disposable gloves when handling this medication. **Do NOT open, crush, or split the capsules**. Wash your hands thoroughly after giving the pill. * **Waste Management**: The drug and its breakdown products can be present in your pet's waste. Wear gloves when cleaning up urine, feces, or vomit for at least 48-72 hours after the last dose. * **Monitoring**: Watch closely for signs of lethargy, vomiting, diarrhea, or increased thirst/urination. Contact your veterinarian immediately if your pet seems unwell or stops eating. * **Pregnancy Warning**: Pregnant women, nursing mothers, and children should not handle this medication or the pet's waste.
